About Me

I have a background in mental health and I have been working as a counsellor for 30 years. My first training included several different counselling approaches, I then went on to specialise in working psychodynamically. I find it useful however to integrate ideas from other models into my work.

I worked in a college of further and higher education for 15 years where I counselled people of all ages, from a variety of different backgrounds cultures and countries and of different sexual orientations. I have worked for Dialogue an organisation which specialises in offering counselling to young people. I worked for  Chichester Counselling as a supervisor from 2003 to 2020 and have my own private practice. I work in a dynamic and focussed way to help individuals find the right path through challenges. From 2011 to 2017 I trained counsellors to diploma level.
